Registration & Login

Go to Sign-Up You should use Gmail to create an TalknPractice account. Once your account has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email of your sign-up immediately.

Go to TalknPractice enter your email address and passwork then click login.

Attendance Policy, Cancellation & Rescheduling Session

Unfortunately, you can't cancel your subscription 48 hours after payment was made. For newly paid subscriptions, you may request for a refund within 48 hours after payment.

Rescheduling of classes due to any reasons is permitted at least 48 hours prior your session and should be done directly on the Tutor Dashboard. Rescheduling within the 48-hour timeline is subject for management's approval.

Yes, the tutor can still faciliate the class if the student is late. However, we will only consume the remaining time on the given schedule.

If the TalknPractice team did not receive any reschedule requests or notifications from student, sessions will be tagged as completed under No show/Absent. We are giving our students 10 to 15 minutes to join the session.

Yes, you are free to request modification for an existing subscription. This will still be subject for approval and will be based on the tutor's availability.

We are offerring English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian Language. But soon we will offer more languages.

Tools & Equiqments

Any device (laptop, mobile phone, tablet) with a functional camera, a microphone and the capability to run Zoom is required. The use of laptops or any tablet device is recommended for an optimal learning experience.

For Voice chat is at least 150Kbits/s and for Video chat is at least 400Kbit/s

To teach a lesson in a TalknPractice virtual classroom, you'll need a laptop or desktop computer (atleast 8GB RAM), a stable internet connection (atleast 20mbps), a webcam, and a microphone.

Payments & Refunds

Yes. Register a tutor profile, getting exposure to students, and using TalknPractice's tools and materials are all free. We only charge a commission on the lessons you teach. A trial lesson with a new student earns you a 100% commission. The following classes, your hourly rates for tutoring sessions in English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian that you will receive are set at $12, $22, and $25, respectively.

  5. Select your availability.

At each step of the registration process, you'll find tips and examples to help you create a great instructor profile.

Once your registration is complete, our Tutor Success Team will review your profile within her 5 business days.

Once your profile is approved, students around the world will be able to view your profile on there TalknPractice and book your classes.

We may not approve a teacher's profile on the first attempt because the profile picture, video, or description does not meet our requirements. Be sure to use real pictures of yourself, take the time to record a short video, and mention your strengths as a tutor in your description.
The surest way to get approved is to follow the tips provided at each step of the registration process. Also, avoid including any contact information, lesson costs, or inaccurate information in your profile description or video. We will request that you remove this material, which will delay the clearance process.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

No. We will only honor medical emergencies as valid reasons for canceling or rescheduling less than 48 hours from a booked session.

If TalknPractice team did not receive any reschedule requests or notifications from students, sessions will be tagged as completed under No show/Absent. We are giving our student 10-15minutes to join the session.

Failure to notify TalknPractice will subject the tutor to a warning memo and other penalties deemed valid.

We allow cancellations 48 hours prior to the scheduled session through your Teacher Dashboard. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session are permitted only for medical emergencies supported by a medical certificate.

Tutor will still accept the student and finish the session on time.

We pay the tutor a full session amount. However, the tutor need to wait 30 minutes for the student before ending the call.

Professional Fees, Incentives, and Other Opportunities

The hourly rates for tutoring sessions in English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian are set at $12, $22, and $25, respectively.

Tutors are paid for every successful completed session. Hence, after every session, tutors are encouraged to update the status of the session in their dashboard.

Failure to notify TalknPractice will subject the tutor to a warning memo and other penalties deemed valid.

Proffesional fees are reflected in the tutor’s dashboard.

Proffesional fees will be adjusted directly to the bank account you provided.

Other Concerns

It will depend if you have students enrolled in your classes. If you do, you must complete the remaining sessions of each client's subscription before your request can be processed.
